E-COMMERCE MANAGER 

As an E-commerce Manager at HELMSTEDT, you will play a crucial role in the success of our online retail operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies, managing online sales channels, and overseeing marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. This role requires a combination of business acumen, digital marketing expertise, and strong communication skills to achieve our online sales and branding goals. As we also have our own warehouse, you will also be the one in charge of handling all of our orders and returns. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to maximize online sales and profitability.
  • Optimize the user experience, including website design, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Oversee all aspects of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure a seamless and secure checkout process, managing payment gateways and addressing customer issues.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, speed, and security. 
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the online shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage budgets for e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Handling online orders and packing them directly from our own warehouse. 

Qualifications:

  • Independent and takes responsibility for own tasks.
  • You are used to working with tight deadlines. 
  • Detailed-oriented, structured and a motivated team player.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-mail marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.

The position is full-time based and is at the Head Office at Christianshavn in Copenhagen. We are looking to fill this role with immediate effect.

PRODUCTION INTERN 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and self-reliant person to become part of the HELMSTEDT team. This is a fulltime internship for the duration of 4-6 months.  HELMSTEDT is a fast-growing company with a small team with big ambitions. A good and creative work environment is always our highest priority. Key responsibilities:

  • Support in communication with suppliers 
  • Take part in fittings with design and production
  • Support in measuring and develop samples
  • Responsible for arranging parcels to and from suppliers
  • Support in price negotiation
  • Responsible for trim orders
  • Work closely with our Design Interns to maintain deadlines
  • Support in development of supplier guides
  • Supporting in adding new products in our system
  • Ensure all products are inserted correctly in our system
  • Support the Supply Chain team with shipment orders to our buyers
  • Ensure our warehouse follow shipment instructions
  • Assisting our Production Manager with ad hoc tasks

Your Profile:

  • Independent and takes responsibility for own tasks
  • Strength to work with tight deadlines
  • Educational- and/or work experience within Production and Buying
  • Detailed-oriented, structured and a motivated team player
  • Good understanding of Excel
  • A solution-oriented mindset
  • Supply Chain experience is a plus

PR INTERN

Our company is seeking to hire a Public Relations intern who will be part of the PR team at HELMSTEDT from soonest possible.

We are a small team with big ambitions: HELMSTEDT is a fast-growing company, but a good and creative work environment is always our highest priority. That means we expect you to be a team player with ambition and a strong work ethic. You should see yourself as a problem-solver and enjoy working in a creative and fun environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations from our press mail.
  • Daily engagement of social platforms.
  • Assisting with writing and producing presentations and press releases in Photoshop and InDesign. 
  • Assisting at promotional events such as press days, showrooms, exhibitions, shows etc.. 
  • Continuous updating our media lists and databases for all markets.
  • Assisting during Copenhagen fashion week.
  • Assisting with product seeding and lend outs to relevant press and influencers. 

We expect:

  • Ability to plan, create and execute SoMe content
  • Interest in influencer marketing 
  • Great skills with Excel, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, structured and a motivated team player
