Welcome to the official HELMSTEDT webshop.
Before placing an order with HELMSTEDT you must make sure to read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order with us.
All prices on HELMSTEDTS website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are shown inclusive of 25% Danish sales tax (VAT).
HELMLSTEDT accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, American Express, Maestro, JCB, Mastercard & Visa Electron. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. HELMSTEDT webshop encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means, that unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information during the transaction.
If you pre order products, you will be required to pay the full purchase price at the time you place your order. This makes it possible for you to reserve the product before it’s available, so you know it won’t sell out and also will receive the product as soon as it launches. The estimated day of shipping will be noted on the product page.
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order.
