Recently, there has been some incorrect information displayed on our website regarding shipping and returns. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused and want to ensure everything is now clear and easy to follow.

Updated Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns on both full-price and sale items within 14 days from the day your order is received.

To make the process smoother, we use our HELMSTEDT Return Portal.

Free Exchanges

Not the right size? Don’t worry — we offer free exchanges.

If you request an exchange through our system (Float),

click here: https://helmstedt.floatanalytics.com/simply and follow the instructions.

Your new item will be shipped as soon as we receive your returned product, and you’ll receive a tracking number once it’s on the way.

Please note: If the requested exchange item is out of stock, your return will automatically be processed as a refund. We are also happy to help guide you through your exchange via Float if you have any questions at webshophelmstedt@shippy.dk

Returns (Refunds)

Please note that returning an item for a refund costs 49 DKK. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

To avoid this fee, we recommend choosing an exchange instead, which is completely free.

How to Return an Item

  • Register your return via our return portal and download your QR code
  • Use the original packaging your order arrived in
  • Ensure items are unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Remove or cover any previous shipping labels
  • Drop off your parcel at your nearest GLS parcel shop using the QR code
  • Include the packing slip from your order

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.

Shipping

At HELMSTEDT we offer worldwide shipping. 

All orders are shipped 1-3 business days from when you place your order. All orders within Denmark are shipped with Bring or GLS. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your package. Orders from the rest of the world are shipped with UPS or DHL. Please allow 3-8 business days for worldwide shipping.

Duties and Fees

All applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. In addition, local customs practices may require you to provide additional information to clear your order.
These rules vary by country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges.
