This colourfull, handmade, limited edition carpet is made for our FW22 collection from Helmstedt. A one of a kind rug made in Portugal.
The creative director and owner of Helmstedt, Emilie Helmstedt and All Matters/Studio joined forces to create a vibrant rug, using Helmsted’s print for her FW 2022 collection. The rug comes with a playful pattern of bright colours, which was originally done with water colours. The artwork was inspired by Emelies brain activity while sleeping and dreaming.
The artwork consists of 4 different vibrant colors. In the rug each colour is different types of yarn material with variable length in order to make relief effect and variation in texture. The rug is handtufted in Portugal using materials such as; Mohair, New Zealand wool and bamboo.

We offer free delivery to all countries on orders above 1500 DKK.
All orders are shipped on the same day you place your order, except weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your package.
All orders within Denmark are shipped with GLS. Orders from the rest of the world are shipped with UPS. Please Allow 5-7 business days for world wide shipping.

Due to Brexit, we are unfortunately experiencing delays in deliveries to the UK with UPS.
All applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. If tax and duties apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. In addition, local customs practices may require you to provide additional information to clear your order.
These rules vary by country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges.
We accept returns within 14 days from the day you received your order. Items should be returned new and unused. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tag.
You can only return swimwear if they are unused and the hygiene protection is still intact and attached, as well as the tags. If you remove the hygiene protection we unfortunately can't accept the return.
As soon as we have received the returned item(s) and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount of the returned item(s) within 10 working days. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs and all other related expenses.
Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy in place. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size you must return your order using the address below and place a new order on our webshop. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
Please fill out the enclosed return form that came with your order and place it inside your return package. You can easily reuse the HELMSTEDT bag your purchase was sent in. Make sure the item(s) is unused with price tag(s) and in original packaging.
Please note, that you will have to pay for the freight yourself, when returning a package.

Please note that the package must be send with distribution directly to the address above. Items cannot be returned as a collect on delivery and not to a collection point address (pakkeshop).
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you send your package as a track and trace delivery. Tracking will then be possible and waives any doubt that the parcel has been received by HELMSTEDT.
Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund. The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for purchase. The responsibility of the item(s) is yours until the package has been delivered on the listed address. For your safety, please keep your postage receipt until you have received your refund.
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defects. Items will be accepted if the goods are sold and delivered with defects that appear.
